What actually happens
Free drinks, phones not included
Frida, a cocktail waitress and nail artist, works a gala with her friend Jess, and the billionaire Slater King invites them both to his private island. When they arrive, his assistant Stacy takes their phones. His friends and business partners are there too: Vic, Cody, Tom and Lucas, along with three other women: Sarah, Camilla and Heather. The women get lavish treatment, including strong hallucinogens. Frida argues with Sarah about what Slater really wants from the trip, and Jess starts noticing gaps in her own memory. The local staff all have the same snake tattoo, and a maid who seems to recognize Frida calls her 'Red Rabbit.'
Reading this instead of watching it is the correct decision. Scaredy Cat makes that decision automatic, for free.
A cocktail made of snake
Slater's therapist, Rick, visits the island and is handed a red gift bag. At one of the parties, Jess is bitten by a snake, and afterward she begs Frida to leave the island with her, but Frida shuts her down. The next morning Frida finds a hut holding dozens of red gift bags, and the maid talks her into drinking snake venom, which sets off flashes of disturbing memories. At breakfast Frida realizes Jess is gone, but none of the other women remember Jess at all. Suspicious, the women search the hut and find bottles of perfume made from a local flower whose scent erases memories. Frida works out that the venom counteracts it, and Sarah drinks some when Frida persuades her. Sarah's memory begins to come back, and the two of them realize the men invited the women to the island so they could sexually assault them.
The office with the photographs
Sarah and Frida share the antidote with the other women. In Slater's office Frida finds the guests' broken phones, along with photos of other women and men holding red gift bags. The photos show that Slater invites people to the island to assault women and then wipe their memories, and each man gets some of the perfume to take with him when he leaves. Frida's own memories return in full, and she remembers the men attacking the women every night and erasing it afterward. She also learns why Jess is gone: the venom in Jess's system meant her memories couldn't be wiped, so the men killed her.
Dinner is served
This is the stretch people dread, so here it is in order. That night Frida and Sarah pretend nothing has changed at dinner while they plan their escape. Frida remembers Slater setting up Rich to assault her on the very night Rich was visiting, with Slater assuring him that she won't remember a thing. Then the memories of Camilla and Heather come back, and both are horrified. Camilla stabs Tom to death, and Heather badly injures Vic before Stan, Slater's security guard, shoots her dead. Slater kills Camilla, and the surviving men shut themselves in his villa, where Slater mocks a perfumed and confused Lucas for standing by while his friends did what they did.
Red rabbit, red nails
Stacy attacks Frida because she would rather not know the truth, and Frida stabs her to death. Stan chases Frida and is bludgeoned by Sarah, who then takes his gun. Cody bolts for the woods, and Sarah kills him there. Frida and Sarah set a trap for Slater in the villa and Lucas gets shot in it instead. Slater then locks Frida in. It comes out that Frida had already visited the island a year earlier, where Slater assaulted her, and that she took off Vic's little finger with her teeth before the wipe. The maid knew her by her red rabbit nails, which is where the name came from. When Slater leaves to look for Sarah, Frida spikes his vape with the perfume.
The ending, explained
Slater comes back with Sarah, and just as he is about to kill her, he takes a puff from the vape. He forgets everything, panics when he sees the bodies, then slips and knocks himself out while the villa goes up in flames. Frida and Sarah get out, leave Vic behind to die, and get Slater out too. Some time later, at a different gala, Rich meets a disoriented Slater. Frida is now married to Slater and is the CEO of his company, and she keeps him confused with vape juice made from the flower. When people at the gala recognize her for what she has accomplished, she has Rich removed.
